Take A Pause Poem by Hebert Logerie

Take A Pause

Rating: 5.0

Take a short pause
Before you smell the rose
Take a sip
Before you take a leap
Take a break
Don't inhale the oil brake
Don't react prematurely
Black ice is very slippery
Phony and treacherous
And few people are generous.

Take at least a quick look
Fire comes after the light smoke
Love is very deep
And nothing in cheap
Follow more than your instinct
Not every panty hose is pink
When you take the last breath
You been visited by death
Take a long pause
To swallow the last dose.
