Take Heed Poem by David Adeyemo

Take Heed

He wears rag dancing round at night
Forgetting that it will soon be morning
When the sun shall rise and shine again
Then shall he be mock by the villagers

The ruthless killer lurked in the darkness
Masked and disguised to conceal himself
You can take it to the bank brother!
The blue sky shall be cleared in no time
And the man under cover shall be revealed

For nothing could be hidden forever
I tell you that soon the game will be over
Yes! That I know for sure and certain
But if he will heed to my words on time
The good lord says he will forgive and forget
