Take me beyond today where tomorrow has no sorrows
Give me wings from yesterday, so forever I may follow

Dear heart of mine, you have smelled the blossoms
You know the fruits they bring

Our song you sung with heartfelt lyrics
The joy, life once could be

It is time for us to leave the pasture
To the fore our hearts must go

Where one's heading must stay unrevealed
Or love's shadow will return us home

Though I know my confine will be in memory
A promise made from within my soul

From the beginning I have seen forever
Now must I walk alone

There in myself, my Haunt is love
Her face, I'll always know

Love for me is still unchanging
Bound, to not let go

So why today must I say. 'Goodbye'
To my heart and only dream

Why must forever have an end
When forever should always be
