Take My Hand And Walk With Me Poem by David J Bryson

Take My Hand And Walk With Me

Rating: 5.0

Take my hand and walk with me through sun-kissed fields
Of tall parched grass and wild flowers,
Our dreams will float on the warm summer breeze
And tomorrow can be ours.

Grasp my hand darling when the storm draws in
And do not fear the boy,
For I shall keep you safe and warm
And fill your heart with joy,
And love, and strength,
A caring, faithful friend.
Walk with me angel, over windswept hills
We'll find the rainbow's end.

Hold my hand and let's go to that special place we know
Where we lose ourselves and become one, my sweetheart let me show you,
We can walk together all our days and side-by-side we'll stand
You and me, we're meant to be, two diamonds in the sand.
