Take Your Choice

Rating: 5.0

What now on earth, are you doing?
What will the outcome be?
Where do you think you're going?
What future do you see?

Which currently, is your chosen road?
How do you spend each day?
Do you carry a heavy load?
Or walk Salvation's Way

One way, is possible of two
One right, the other wrong
Which one will be better for you?
If Life! will be your song

If truth you prefer, and not lies
If life should be a thrill
If somewhere we go, when someone dies
According to one's will

Will you selfish, seek your desire
Such as drugs, fornication booze
Or escape hell's waiting fire
Deploring God's taboos

Free truly, is everyone's will
Each, has freedom of choice
But one day, we'll all, face life's bill
And hear Judgments voice

Live God fast, or carouse life loose
Do what you want to do
Knowing, there will be no excuse
Not for me, not for you

When Christ Jesus still denying
Of shame, not total free
If still, cheating, loathsome lying
Where endless! ! ! will you be? .....

A fantastic introspection and questioning to self about the choice of way to lead life that may reward on the day of Judgement or Condemn one once for all on that Day. Very thought provoking and meaningful poem. Thanks for sharing.10 points.
