Taking Charge Poem by Tia Maria

Taking Charge

Rating: 5.0

Well that’s it, all raring to go
Off to recharge don’t you know
It’s not just me who needs a high
For other batteries must not die

Things to do preparing to camp
First to charge the handy lamp
Oh good grief for fifteen hours….
This thing must have super powers!

And then of course the digital camera
Got it free with new upgrade Nokia
Best I charge that thing too….
For without it what would I do?

And the old phone while I am at it
No way now we will lose contact
Unless of course there is no signal
But for you I climb the highest hill

Oh yes, I will be looking at the view
Whispering sweet nothings to you
And way up where the eagles fly
Our love will paint the pale blue sky

Oh my gosh, so much stuff….
So much for camping rough!
What a cosy place it will be….
All these goodies, my tent & me

Sounds like you take your Home, but never forget your sweetheart where ever you roam... Andy 10
