Supreme Spirit You are
Without any doubt
Please look after with care
This pitiable soul.
You're the most intimate one
Knowing the thoughts of my mind
Clearly noting their wavering nature
Please try to stabilize them.
Filling me with good feelings
Driving all agony far away
Sprinkling a little bit of joy
Give me a state of completeness.
Let the devotion of keeping You in my thoughts
Let the strength of providing help to others
And let the interest of reaching You
Grow as tall as the mighty mountains.
