Tasty Treat Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Tasty Treat

When your appetite has a craving
Rumbles from your stomach are raving
Perhaps you should partake and savor
Before it looses its wonderful flavor.

Only grapes increase in sweetness…
With time they gain completeness
It is opposite with any other dessert
Go ahead… eat the delightful treat first!

Now you have nothing to look forward to…
While glaring eyes watch as you chew
You gently wipe the crumbs from lips...
Absorbing calories that attach to your hips
