Tell Me The Worst Poem by Rachel Brewer

Tell Me The Worst

It doesn’t have to be good all the time,
You can tell me anything you want to.
I’m in this relationship for the long haul,
There’s nothing that will push me away from you.

I promise you that nothing will be too bad,
And nothing should be hard for you to say.
We’re one and the same, you and me,
And I’m never going away.

Tell me thoughts as they pop into your head,
And tell me if anything is wrong.
We’ll figure it out together,
And together we’ll always be strong.

If you’re having a bad day,
Or if you just want to talk.
We could sit at home on the sofa,
Or go for a nice long walk.

I’m always here with an open ear,
If you want to say anything at all.
I wish you would tell me everything you feel,
Because I’d hate to see you fall.

So tell me secrets one at a time,
Or tell me them all in one burst.
Tell me the good and happy things,
And don’t be afraid to tell me the worst.
