Tell The Truth Poem by amanda awan

Tell The Truth

Of all the times i've been with you,
you never really told me the truth.
say you love me in that innocent face
leaves no marks, no trace.
those words seemed so real,
easily changes how i feel
But i know the truth now,
no forgiveness, just lies that can drown
I didn't think it could be true.
it was something you couldn't do.
But i was wrong to fall for your tricks,
the things i feel are now just mixed.
so many questions i need to ask,
what i should do is not an easy task.
Lets see, what should i do?
But the problem is i still love you.
Why do you even have my heart?
you never deserved it from the start.
But i can't let go, i still love you.
do you feel the same way too?
wait a minute, you're just using me.
and i can't stand it, seriously!
why can't you change to the good guy?
please go ahead and just try.
If only this was a fairytale.
it wouldn't leave a very long trail.
