Temptation Poem by Westley Lobo

Creation is a wonderful art,
I wonder how did it start?
I was born to my parents,
And they to my grandparents.

Lord, show me the way,
Lord, do not let me sway.
Guide me through the darkness,
Deliver me from this blindness.

Where will you take me from here?
Day and night, this is what I fear.
Give me the insight to understand you,
Give me the strength to trust in you.

Science is teaching me to believe otherwise,
Take me with you before I become too wise.
I will wait for the day of my salvation,
Till then I pray, save me from Temptation.
