Tenuous Temerity Poem by John Sensele

Tenuous Temerity

Chameleonic kaleidoscopes conjure up caricatures whose collegiality
Swims seas, sings songs and sweeps
Floors floundering to foment futility
Portrayed as a promising promenade that keeps

Reality records reaping rewards
Invisible, insipid and inebriated iniquity
Raised rapidly with sappy swords
That hate and haunt humility

Integrity viewed as counterproductive
Unless honesty cringes
To boost a retrogressive missive
Written by loony fringes

In an era and fora
Where unity, amity and fraternity
Rule royalties without the global village getting poorer
In the context of an enmity engine and tenuous temerity.
