Thank You, God
Thank you, God,
for saving the life
of precious little kitty cat Kate.
Our faith stopped our sobs
and dried our tears
and You blessed our faith
and heard our prayers
and supplication,
as we knew You would,
and You sent miracle after miracle
and gave Ruth
happy Kate-and-Colin kitty cat stories
to send me
over the ocean
again.
