The Beggar Asks Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

The Beggar Asks

Rating: 5.0

The busy men are running,
They have to reach
Their destination in time,
They have no time
To see the surroundings,
Everyday they do this,
The joyous beggar watches them minutely,
He smiles in his own mind
And mutters,
"Is this life? "

This is the life. A poor struggle, and their needs does not end, except with the end of life on earth. Some are in luxury and others have no daily food, although some beggars have made begging their favorite job, unfortunately. 10/10 for this wonderful imagery
