The Big Bully Poem by Francis Duggan

The Big Bully

Rating: 4.5

The big man who used to push others around
More than his match in someone smaller he has found
A little fellow left him with a broken nose
He has met his come upance that's life one suppose.

All bullies they meet their come uppance one day
For rowdy behaviour their is some price to pay
But for to meet his come uppance he did not travel far
Just a ten minutes drive from his home in his car.

'Twas a moment of road rage that brought him unstuck
With a much smaller fellow who was driving a truck
A shouting match started and a punch up ensued
From feral type of people expect something crude.

With a broken nose and two broken teeth
The bully boy finally his come uppance did meet
But the biggest hurt he feels is the hurt to his pride
By just a few hard punches his ego destroyed.

The big bully has met his come uppance at last
A much smaller man for him with his hands too fast
A swollen left eye, two broken teeth and a broken nose
He came out the loser that's life one must suppose.
