The Big Storm Poem by Chyanne Billman

The Big Storm

There is a big storm going on
Should I run though the rain?
The Thunder and Lighting are yelling in your face
Screaming out at you
The Black clouds are staring you down
Telling you what to do
The harsh wind running alone are back
Pushing you to go
Should I go?
You run and the storm laughs at you
Because you fell for its trick
Next thing you see is that the storm was not really there
You only seen what you didn’t want to see.
