The Broken Heart Poem by Morgan Bodden

Lets attack this in a different state
In a way not driven by a stake
but in which we can all relate

Yes it is all to familiar
A similar pain we have all shared
An understanding in one another
But it travels from one to another

We are the reason it begins
and the reason it will never end
We are the fuel,
and we are the delivers

For some it is not intentional
but happens with out thought
a reaction caused by impulse
the impulse to protect our own

Others just except as the inevitable,
but the truth behind inevitability
is our acceptance,
and this is were we stand
in the realm of one
this is our form of connection
this is how we can all relate

because with every broken heart
there is a relation built with another
