The Candle Burns Poem by Heather Z. Hanna

The Candle Burns

The candle burns, flickering high.
The perfume of melting wax
Fills the room as the music
Fills the ears, with rhythm and beat
And trailing tunes of unknown instruments
Circle the air all around
And peacefulness permeates the space
Relaxation it creates, as creative thoughts
Move amoung and around all the senses.
