The Cat Poem by Rachel Rudland

The Cat

A furry ball of love,
A present from above,
It catches the mice,
That steal our rice,
It’s comfort when your sad,
It cools your anger when your mad,
When you’re feeling blue,
It comforts you, for it loves you
And you love it, I should know,
For you love it even more,
Especially, when it’s time to let go
