# # # THE CONCERT (Senyru Collection)

THE COMPOSER
the song in his head
will not stop playing until
he puts them to rest

THE CONDUCTOR
the orchestra waits
his baton cuts the silence
music fills the air

THE VIRTUOSO
he played the guitar
with such dexterous fingers
she could not escape

HARMONY
they met through music
immediately struck a chord
and found harmony

HEARTSTRINGS
sometimes it happens
the right note at the right time
music and magic

Great atmosphere in this collection. Beautiful pennings.

Poem of the Day

poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

I heard the bells on Christmas day
Their old familiar carols play,
And wild and sweet the words repeat
Of peace on earth, good will to men.
