The Crow Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

The Crow

Indian crow
blackly
cawing,
cawing at morn,
daybreak,
crying for food,
crying and cawing
telling of a world
raked by
hunger, thirst, fire of the belly,
shortage of food and scarcity,
drought, famine and depravity.
