Trapped under ice
Trapped in the flame
Trapped within my own mind
Going insane.
Breaking from the ashes
Breaking from chains
Breaking from restraints
No ones to blame.
Releasing all anxiety
Releasing all pain
Releasing my heart
Feeling tame.
