The Dance Of Self-Respect Poem by Mohammad Muzzammil

The Dance Of Self-Respect

Flattery, an art that some pursue,
Sycophants bow and play their part,
But self-respect, a trait that's true,
That shines brightly standing apart.

Flattery's mask may bring delight,
But true worth lies in self-respect's way,
As self-respect shines with honest light,
Choose honour over false display,

Flattery brings fleeting pleasure, we see,
Self-respect, a lasting glory to be free.
