Due to re-focusing
the firm is re-structuring
tossing out dead wood,
not letting it rot.
We’re talking futures here!
We’re talking
Big gain here!
We’re looking for players
who fit the slot.
Now, we think
you’re the greatest
with heaps of potential..
and that’s why
we’re letting you go.
You’re not part
of the dead wood
but a tree that’s expanding
- aching for space
to branch out and grow.
We know that you’ll feel
indebted to stay here
but think of it as
a debt we owe you
and now is the chance
for us to repay it!
God knows you’ve earnt it!
And so for your part
in pro-active progression,
let me be the first
to congratulate you!
