The effort to do an important task should be
made after knowing the proper time,
thereby knowing the proper place to do it,
knowing the source of that task,
knowing the consequence of it,
Further-more ascertaining the possibilities
and after knowing the strength of the opponent
and the people who are there to help you!

மூலம் அறிந்து விளைவறிந்து - மேலும்தாம்
சூழ்வன சூழ்ந்து துணைமை வலிதெரிந்(து)
ஆள்வினை ஆளப் படும்.52 - நீதிநெறி விளக்கம்
