The Essence Of My Presence

Adios …Amigo…
Yells my heart not to leave you yet the academic workshop outside pulls me up, for
Out there have I lot to do for the little learners who seek the facts of matter and life.
Under the sky we are said to be one but stood divided ignoring the calls for niceties
Sweet times will never return though the youth bestowed back by the eternity
This’s been so, for our ways are mended not by god but by our own wisdom’s destiny
Over the years we grew one and jaunted on veritable roads with one goal- vanity
Longing for love and recognition, my basic driving energy is all now at exhaust
Endless trials and endless efforts of mine for winning unity cost me much to words.
Mass lose their repute when their wisdom exploited by their dears
Yet the truth prevails untraceable to those flock but the wise sees it clear
Longer the trial shorter it takes for facts to reveal themselves
In the melee, righteousness is often lost in mending our lifestyles to even up
Travel on two tracks epitomizes how we are straight in lust and love, though
That is the mean scale with which our senses are measured by the god (!) above
Lost time and sour milk can never turn anew, as the
Elites kill and relive the poor so as to rejuvenate their own elite lives
Heed to my words that is universal wisdom which may tend your future alive!
Eulogy after death and delayed justice are not the virtues of real wisdom
Access to others’ minds reveals how far we’d rendered the proximities to ugly shapes
Regressing the lives of many unknown to their agonies of no words.
Teach you yourself with your wisdom what you are, for that is the purpose of life. - Muthuraman.S

*The pseudo title ‘Adios...Amigo…’ borrowed from Jim Reeves’ country hit numbers which means ‘good bye comrade, forever’ * If you are able to find out the straight title of this verse in between its lines, don’t read it aloud! For, you may get fooled! If you do, don’t blame it on me!
