The Fiduciary Poem by michael spangenberg

The Fiduciary

Rating: 4.0

Scratching beneath the surface, a fiduciary is essentially a person or organization that owes to himself the duties of faith and trust, the highest legal duty of one party to another, it also involves being bound unethically to strictly act in one's own best interests, a fiduciary might be responsible for his wife and children's (including the family cats and dogs) physical well-being, but often it involves personal finances - managing the monetary assets of another victim, cash-gold-stocks-bonds-real-estate, the more and richer clients the better, think of Dracula secretly warehousing fresh blood in his 9-BR mansion, it's called 'opportunity, ' money managers, bankers, tax attorneys, accountants, executors, board members, and corporate officers can all be considered fiduciaries, the best thing of being a fiduciary's the pecuniary sex-appeal and the 3-piece suit appearance of 'respectability, ' making it a glamorous and frequently used (at times even wildly popular) cover-up, material conflicts of interest aside, as long as not reported by the prejudiced media, acting as immoral fiduciary, Don Corleone's style (You're my best friend, I will protect You, will make you an offer You can't refuse) is perfectly legal, that's how Lady Justice is invariably screwed by the mobster gangsters who're mandated to make the law in our barren land, they call themselves senators, to enforce their scorched-earth policy against the unfortunates and all other vulnerable creatures most beloved by God, kinda jealousy.
