The Good Gesture. Poem by Gangadharan nair Pulingat..

The Good Gesture.

The child caught hold of the hand
It deserved the security and safety
The mother proudly walks along
I see tears in the eyes of the little one
The colored uniforms are little wet
The tears ran through the dresses
A beautiful tie tied in the neck
The mother walks with dignified feeling
I am a part of this life cycle
And contributes to the world as such
May god bless my son become intelligent
May it be a good future for my own child
This tears changed to happy events of future
Someday those happiness parted with society
A patriotic and human being he became
The bell rang from the nearby school
As a gesture of good feeling I hear.
