The heavens weep tonight
And i with them,
Many summer days they have cried,
And ullulating be the swallows.
I and i, pour out my soul to these pillows
And all the sobs they take
Friends who listen to all.
With their soft silence, they whisper in my
ear, lulluby's to soothe my soul.
Nursing my ruffled wings
To wake anew and take on the
The plight of life with hope.
For tomorrow the sun of my fore fathers
Will shine on me,
And the storms of yesterday i will forget.
From the rising sun
A smile i will borrow
To wear on my face, for bright and clear
My sky will be. And all the tears
I will wipe from my face
For it is not thunder but the sound of the
birds i will listen to.
