The Helpless Fiend Poem by Juliet Tun

The Helpless Fiend

You dwell within
A perverted dimension
Where the weakened individuals
Can't find their worth

Your nervous eyes
Carrolled in voracity
Search for someone
To lift you from
The bottom of Earth

You've found a victim
She has caught your attention
Now you're convinced
Your soul is saved
From slipping away
From what you call 'grace'

You deceive yourself
For believing that
One finds salvation
By a nocous path

The organisms on the world would call you
A mean stalker
You smile at them
You think you've locked her
She smiles at you
You're left dumbfounded
Her strength
You may never keep
