The Joint Poem by Brittany St. John

The Joint

'Oh please can we? ' I beg with those puppy dog eyes
'You should learn how to roll one' He smiles and he sighs
He passes it to Kyle and I wait for my turn
I want nothing more than to feel my lungs burn
Fin hands it to me, I inhale the sweet smoke
It's Kush and it's beautiful I cough and I choke
My eyes start to feel heavy, but my head feels so light
I grin at the thought of smoking this all night
I'm stoned as can be and exploding with laughter
Shoot.. What was I talking about again? I'll have to remember after....
