The Last Tear Poem by Evelyn Block

The Last Tear

Rating: 4.5

I wish I had seen the tears in my fathers eyes when I told him
I am into drugs all my friends do. He said son get help before
it's too late.
I wish I had seen the teas in my mothers eyes when I told her
I was going away with my friends to start a life of my own.
She said son get help before its too late.
I wish I had seen the bears in my sisters eyes when she saw me
though the bars of a jail cell. She said brother get help
before it's tool ate.
I wish I had seen the tear sin my friend eyes when he pulled
my broken body form the wreckage of my car. He said a my friend get help before it's too late.
I wish I had seen the tears in my saviors eyes when he said it's
too late.
