The Lastest Fashion (Tempo) Poem by Kristina Bowman

The Lastest Fashion (Tempo)

It started out nice and in a slow beat
And like most songs we sped up
After all this time, you have kept me swept off my feet
Time goes on and we have to stop
Being seperated, my heart began to drop
3 weeks later and we speak again
Loving each other to no end
I mess up again now things change
Like the changing of a song, notes bend
Nothing is right, this is off tune
I hope this passes, and it better soon
Do you still love me as you did in the first song
Or has it changed to hate and betrayal
Are you still mad..will this last long?
Im sorry I made a mistake but please know
I love you still, this feeling shall never go
After all these moments of love and passion
It looks like broken hearts are the latest fashion.
