The Lost Kid Poem by Maryam M.Rifat Zanjir

The Lost Kid

Rating: 5.0

Lost homeless kid
Is searching for a bed
Nothing to eat
No place to sleep
Staying out in the cold
Looking for a home in the road
Dead or killed it’s the same
No one ever would ask or care
Either kicked on the back
Or smacked from a gang
When the rich was killed
They accused the innocence of that kid
How did they judge?
Please shut the hill up
He was thrown in a dirty cell alone
Guilty of being born without a home
Sorrow surrounds him everywhere
The childhood was stolen away
He cries day and night
Of pain, anger and fright
His dream is to be loved
To feel the safty of a mother hug
No smile was upon his face
Since the day he was brought to this earth
Despite this he works too much
To be the man with the family he wants
He would fly to the moon
To bring the freedom to the poor
Just tell me whats wrong with us
We are hurting them so much
They were born without a home
Are they guilty of being alone?
The lost kid has a sole
Works hard to get his goal
We are living togather on this earth
No matter how much we have or gain
Let’s end this deadly game
Start our lives alive again
Just think of all the lost children across the world wide
Then thank god for being home alive
I promise you god
To spread the world with love
I will always be the voice of
Poor lost homeless kids in the globe

Lost homeless kid Is searching for a bed Nothing to eat No place to sleep Staying out in the cold I wish to write again, we have to look dark side of this World This lines strike in poetic World... Why trend is always for romatic- love, life and its sufferings of poverty alleviated weaker sections of our society and our fear of War and terrorisms Looking for a home in the road Dead or killed it’s the same No one ever would ask or care Either kicked on the back Or smacked from a gang When the rich was killed They accused the innocence of that kid Love and life of our society never opens eye.... How did they judge? Please shut the hill up He was thrown in a dirty cell alone Guilty of being born without a home I never hesitate to write this poet, not have a young face but more than that give us the right insight to this...
