Love hurts when you gain it,
Love hurts when you lose it,

He falls in love every time he saw a girl,
He prays her to stay in his life for long,
Yet she seldom stays and is gone,
He cries in the corner of his room,
He is fifteen and it is hard for him,

For him love is selfish,
For him love is cruel,
For him love his cunning,
For him love is painful,

He falls in love again when he saw a girl,
He prays her to stay in his life for long,
Yet she seldom stays and is gone,
He brood and goes to pub and booze,
He is twenty five and it is difficult to choose,

For him love is vain,
For him love is taciturn,
For him love is expensive,
For him love is expendable,

He falls in love again when he saw a girl,
He prays her to stay in his life for long,
They fell in love and got married,
He was happy to have a girl of his own,
He is thirty and in his prime,

For him love is machismo,
For him love is care,
For him love is courage,
For him love is hope,

He had a family of his,
He had a baby of his own to take care,
He had a sense of commitment,
He beseeches for his wife and baby's health,
He is thirty five and time for imparting duty,

For him love is responsibility,
For him love is bond,
For him love is promise,
For him love is connection,

He lived with his family,
He had grey hairs and growing old,
His son is fifteen and falls in love every time he sees a girl,
He prays her to stay in his son's life for long,
He is fifty and time for prayer,

For him love is entreaty,
For him love is expectation,
For him love is apprehension,
For him love is anxiety,

He learnt a lesson in his life,
Love is a feeling and sensation,
It hurts when you gain it,
It hurts when you lose it,
He is seventy and time for rest,

For him love is Divinity,
For him love is sanctity,
For him love is purity,
For him love is GOD,
