The Lucky One Poem by Black Rabbit

The Lucky One

I'm the lucky one
so they tell me.
I've got someone
that loves me.

I'm the happy one
so they sell me.
I've made it though
life's ups and downs.

I'm the smart one
so they foretell me.
I've accomplished
many pop quizzes

I'm the saved one
so they hell me.
I've done the deed
morally.

I'm the political one
so they lapel me
I've shook the hand
and kissed the baby

I'm the accomplished one
so they marvel me
I've climbed
the mountain top.

I'm the written one
so they novel me
I've made the words
completely

I'm the exceeded one
so they propel me
There are no limits
to stop me

I'm the Lucky one
