The Moment Of Tears Poem by Vision Ghost

The Moment Of Tears

When the breath settles and moments reflect
That the cloud of this agony felt shall infect
The soul that cannot find its heart and is lost
When all has turned to burning at a lovers cost

As the part of what was you is now so gone
And the realism of the settling motion alone
Draws from inside and the release cannot hide
Now so cold when they were once at your side

When the choking of emotion reminisce in eyes
Falling like the happiness to a shattering demise
As the moment of tears can be held back no more
Trying to relinquish the pain in silence so sore

The voice is so lost in the fury of this defeating
That the reality of never has stolen this breathing
Flashes of their face, their eyes, their loving kiss
Shall forever steal the strength for a once bliss

The love once strong, now as lost as an apparition
Haunted by their memories etched in damnation
Upon the cold lonely face of everyone but the one
A harsh word, a mistake, sealed as all is now gone

One moment bitter, one moment anger another fear
One moment sadness and then they are not here
To hold and to embrace to forever seek their taste
That will never be again witnessed in such haste

The unwelcoming of dreams of their happiness
Now stolen away and now so bound in duress
Such be the breathing but if not the air unfound
And voices inside speak but there is no sound

No comfort for they are lost and forever hidden
Away from the touch of forever now forbidden
Seeking of their caress to chase away these fears
Only left now to experience the moment of tears
