The Monster

the ghost still haunts me;
the monster still scares.
the devil starts a fire,
and in my soul, he stares
choking on reality
suffocating from life.
death is the only option
to get away from such strife
surviving is worse
for you are haunted
by the ghost and monster
that the devil flaunted.
