The Moon Poem by Adokshaja Madhav

The Moon

Just like how,
Bridegroom veils her visage
On her wedding night inducing love;
Hiding her smile of shyness;
Heart of happiness; image of innocence,
Pretty enchantingly,

My Moon too seems like
Hiding her tonight under the
Most transparent veil of clouds;
Smiling though behind believing
That her just blink of blush
Cannot reach me.
But
She is unknown that she is
The apple of my eye,
And that I could behold her
Even at the shut of my eyes
And of my life too.
As she is my Love.
