The Moonlit Evening. Poem by Luo Zhihai

The Moonlit Evening.

The Moonlit Evening

Leaning against the railing, I listened to the rain knocked a thousand leaves
I stirred the wick and drank a hundred cups of wine in the evening
The soft wind played the water and the swallows flew lower
The bright moon across the sky and the flowers bloomed gracefully

月夜

凭栏听雨敲千叶
入夜挑灯饮百杯
皓月横空花媚绽
柔风戏水燕低飞
