The Mundane To Remain Dull Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

The Mundane To Remain Dull

The mundane to remain dull.
In those environments,
Where cows heard to moo...
Seem more exciting,
Than what the people choose to do.

And although invited they too refuse,
To make surprising visits to surrounding communities.
Knowing that the people living within them,
Are more country to stay country...
Than the country from which they moo!
