The Murky Way Poem by Robin Seram

The Murky Way

New name is born with a child birth;
New hope is drawn with a calm stroke;
Molded in cradle of 'Love and Care',
That is how a child is prepared for,
'The Judgment Day.'

Glide though the path, he realized;
Peep through the wall, he discovered;
Flip through the pages, he learned;
Swam through the waves, he explored.

Many 'Stupefied and later Mummified';
Many 'Brainwashed and later Baptized';
3rd generation mankind is more 'Lethal.'
Speaking only the brutal language of ' Profit &Loss. '
Backing up with 'Mass-Destructive Power.'

Loaded with 'Defensive' thoughts;
He walks the path of life;
Avoiding the 'Scavengers 'who're singing
“The Battle Hymn'
' In the name of survival! '
' In the name of survival! '

The path is murky and blurry;
The fear is intense and concrete;
The end is near and it is whispering;
But 'A Hope is Born' with 'A New Born.'

ONE CYCLE OF LIFE ENDS
AND OTHER STARTS WITH A NEW HOPE
