Sliver of shadows, amoungst the glass
Glow in the mist, of clouds in the midnight skies
Twilight night marks a place
Beyond the sunlight, once all grows dark
And the day is gone
Comfortable silence, close your eyes
Upon a pillow softly, lay your sleepy head
Let sleep take over then
Underneath a blanket of dreams
Through the moments, scenes of time
Pass by in glances, remember in thoughts
all that once was, buried deeply
Inside the mind of slumber
That now has awoken
Hour after hour
