The Past That Cannot Be Undone - Poem by Brandon Park

As I sit here at the front of the bus
I think about the things I have done in my past
The good
And the bad

I mostly think of the bad
I think of how stupid and foolish I was
To even dare do what I did
But I did those things
Committed those crimes
And I cannot change that

I get mad with myself
Over all of those things
Because they have in turn affected me
And my future
Long term damage
That cannot be undone

Your are right. You can't change the past but you have a little control in the future. Having a bad past is like having bad credit. (Report) Reply
