The Path Poem by Ronald Strickland

The Path

When I walk the path of life,
I walk the walk.
The path is filled with love, understanding, and kindness
as I move forward.

For those who are alone on the path that has grief,
I share the love and kindness
that I received along the way,
chasing grief away.

The path gives me a light to follow
and is filled with so many dreams
I hope to fulfill along the way.

The path of life,
with its many sorrows,
we must leave behind.
The only hope of a better tomorrow will lead us.

At the end of our path is forgiveness,
without sorrow,
in a path we all shall take.
