Dignified people will donate their wealth for others
to get wisdom, physical well being, fame and health!
The people who are addicted to liquor will spend
their wealth lavishly like the pouring rain that
results in loss of intelligence, forgetting the sense,
long lasting disease and loss of respect in the society!

மதுகுடியால் நோய் மறதி இழிவு பெறுவர் - கலி விருத்தம்
ஞானமெய்ச் சுகம்புகழ் நலம்பெ றத்தனந்
தானமே செய்குவர் தகுதி யோரறிவு
ஈனமெய் மறதிநோ யிழிவு றப்பொருள்
வானென வழங்குவர் மதுவுண் போர்களே.1
மாயூரம் வேதநாயகம் பிள்ளை பாடல்
