The Pleasure Upon A Window Poem by RIC BASTASA

The Pleasure Upon A Window

upon a window sill
the body lays
the hands strokes
every pleasure that the
skin gives
ecstasy is hard upon
its veins
bursting finally
on clouds
softness follows
sleep
on a weary heart
high
upon a dream
of a wet
forest grass
