The Point Poem by Junior Holganza

The Point

Fell from the sky
I didn't know why
There's another fall
Empire state building tall
One made me happy and sad
Other made me happy and mad
I'm still alive but injured
Broken spirit and broken bones uncured
This is the turning point of my life
Hopefully the foundation wasn't cracked
For everything in my life that lacked
It hurts now today, tomorrow and the next several weeks
Don't have doubts, always straight ahead and please do not seek
I'm still alive nothing's wrong
I can grab a mic, dance and sing a song
Now it's your turn
