The Pondicherry School is one
Of the mystic-religious poetry,
The divino-religious school of poetry,
The ashramite school of poetry.

With the ashrama at the helm
And sadhna the purpose,
The school is mystical and religious,
Spiritual and divine,
Theological and cosmological.

The experiences and emotions of
Those of the ashrama and ashramites,
Sadhakas, ashramites and disciples
Busy with ashramite rites and practices
And routine duties and works.

With huts and hemitages, cottages
And meditational and conference halls,
The ashrama running under
The shadow of the Master, the Guru,
The Spiritual Guru and Mentor.

The Master and the shisyas as the ashramites,
The ashrama fellows, sadhakas and devotees,
The spiritual fellows, religious people,
The metaphysicians and mystics of the ashrama.
The godly ones, holy hearts full of
Reverence, devotion and dedication.
