The Price Of Dreams Poem by Sean Lux

The Price Of Dreams

Rating: 4.5

The hotel bed was comfortable, but it's not the same as home.
I'm in an airport surrounded by thousands of people, but still feel alone.

Relationships are out of the question. Friendships are hard to maintain.
All of this because of living life on a plane.

I don't want to seem like I'm complaining because I wouldn't change a thing.
That's just the temporary price I've chosen to pay for chasing my dream.
